MEET THE TEAM

Claudia Moulden is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the medical field. She also worked in neurology, specializing in stroke care. Claudia contributed to the first Stroke center in Niagara County, NY while working as a stroke clinical coordinator. Then went on to graduate school in Buffalo, NY as a Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2012.  After completing graduate school, Claudia went into the field of Rheumatology with many years of experience treating several types of arthritis as well as being extremely proficient in administering joint injections. She also was involved in rheumatology research trials while working at Buffalo rheumatology. Claudia later started practicing in the field of regenerative medicine and Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, where she is currently putting her main focus. On her time off she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and dog/ 3rd daughter Raven.
