01 / THE SERVICES
What PRP and joint options are offered?
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is made by drawing a small amount of your blood and processing it to concentrate platelets in plasma. The preparation is then used in a procedure selected for a particular concern. The practice lists PRP services for hair restoration, joint injections, and facials. Joint care may also include other injection options, depending on your evaluation and the service discussed with your provider.
PRP is intended to use components of your own blood in a targeted area. It may be considered for some hair, skin, or joint concerns, but research and results vary by condition, preparation method, and treatment protocol. It is not a guaranteed repair or cure, and it may not replace other recommended care. Ask your provider what evidence applies to your concern and what alternatives are available.
02 / WHO IT MAY BE FOR
Consider options with a provider.
If you have a joint, hair, or skin concern, you can ask whether services are available and appropriate for you. Your provider reviews your medical history, concerns, and goals and can explain likely benefits, limitations, recovery, and risks such as pain, bruising, or infection. Not every service is suitable for every patient, and individual results vary.
03 / WHAT TO EXPECT
Know the process before treatment.
At your consultation, discuss your concern, the proposed service, potential risks and benefits, alternatives, expected follow-up, and costs. Your provider can explain preparation and aftercare for a specific procedure if it is appropriate for you.
04 / COST & CONSULTATION
Discuss costs up front.
Appointment and treatment rates vary by visit type and individual care plan. Ask the practice or check the online scheduler for current costs before booking.
